Exploring the Perceived Mental and Being Reality

In this 20 minute guided rest Lisa will invite you to curiously and gently explore the realities of thoughts and of Being. You will have the opportunity to see if noticing comes from a thought/mental reality, the Being reality, or both. This could be useful when you are in a mental train thought that seems like the only reality available, and may provide you with an opportunity to see things from a different perspective.
